As soon as you walk through our doors, our staff will welcome you and get you checked in and prepared for your appointment. During your short wait time, we invite you to relax in our comfortable waiting room. When board-certified vascular surgeon Dr. J. Keith Thompson is ready to see you, we will escort you to one of our personal treatment areas where we can learn all about your concerns and goals to develop a customized treatment plan.

I was well informed of my procedure ..and for scleratherapy. Dr. Thompson was awesome and caring..His nurses and staff were courteous, knowledgeable, compassionate in all aspects of care.. They answered all my questions with concern...I highly recommend The Vein Institute and am very ,very pleased with the outcome!

My experience has been absolutely amazing with the Vein Institute. The staff are all so friendly, and I can’t say enough about how comfortable they make you feel during your visits. They explain everything in advance, explain the surgery procedures, and keep you comfortable throughout your procedure! Also, if you get the chance to meet Logan during your ultrasound, you’ve met the best!
Love everything about it, from the doctor to the receptionist, they’re all great!
Dr Thompson has done amazing work on these legs of mine. They don’t have all the bulges anymore nor do they hurt anymore. I’ve had about 5 different procedures and each one went well you need to make your appointment with him for any vein issues. His staff is so nice and treats you like family. I’m so thankful I made that decision thank you to staff and Dr Thompson for everything
